Brenda Stepp | Get in touch
Licensed Real Estate Consultant (License #127134)
A Native of Atlanta, Brenda began her Real Estate Career here, four decades ago.
Since her journey began, she’s been involved in almost every imaginable facet of real estate - leading sales in new residential home construction, resale residential homes, mixed-use projects, hi-rise complexes, and even some commercial properties.
Because Brenda has personally been a landlord, as well as flipped homes, for so many years, she has consistently kept her finger on the pulse of the Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market. As such, she has a keen and progressive eye towards its neighborhoods and properties, most likely trending upwards in value. Her vast knowledge gives her a unique edge as a Real Estate Consultant and savvy negotiator in real estate transactions.
Over the years, Brenda has been called to serve as an “Expert” in the Real Estate field, in numerous Real Estate court cases, as well as, by various lending institutions seeking to determine current, accurate property values.
Brenda is a graduate of Oglethorpe University, with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, and membership in the International English Honor Society. In her spare time, she is a Freelance Writer. Her articles have appeared in such publications as Atlanta’s Finest Dining and Atlanta’s Finest magazines, as a local Atlanta Food Critic. She currently writes about and reviews music for ArtsAtl.org. Her other passions include an immense love of animals, nature, giving back to her local community, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Brenda now returns to Berry Realty after many years. She describes her New Chapter, like this:
“Leaving Berry Realty was truly one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. It was like leaving home to venture out and explore - and, this I did. The past few years led me to so many exciting real estate experiences and to working with so many wonderful clients. So, I shall always be grateful for, and treasure this time. Still, the commitment Berry Realty offers to every Real Estate transaction - whether big or small, complex or simple - has always been, and remains, unparalleled in Atlanta.
Success in the Real Estate Industry, largely, rests in the details. Berry Realty pays close attention to all the details. My Broker, Holly, tirelessly, gives her attention and support to everyone involved with her Real Estate Firm. This, in turn, leads to smooth and successful transactions for clients and agents, alike. Undoubtedly, she came by this honestly, and learned from her Grandfather and Father, who both preceded her as Broker at Berry. I know with certainty that my client’s best interest is not only held by me, but also by my Broker. This is what first attracted me to Berry Realty - in addition to Berry being a historical name in Atlanta Real Estate since 1932, and located in the neighborhood in which I grew up. And - this is exactly why I have returned.”
